POSITION: Sales Representative

JOB CATEGORY: Order Desk/Account Management

Cascadia Metals is a West Coast-based steel service and supply center focusing on coated metal products. We are looking for the right individual to fill a sales position. The right person will be driven, motivated, and career-minded.

Your duties as a sales representative will be to develop new business in your region as well as maintain an existing account load. You will be expected to perform outbound calls to develop sales opportunities and grow your regional market. You are expected to build and maintain a working relationship with your customer base and identify all opportunities within your market.

The ideal applicant will be computer literate, analytical, and have excellent problem solving skills. Your daily duties will include inventory maintenance, logistics planning, and processing scheduling. Some travel may be required.

Industry experience is not necessary, but preference will be given to individuals with a history in the steel industry.

POSITION: Warehouse worker

JOB CATEGORY: Manual labor/Order picking

Cascadia Metals is a West Coast-based steel service and supply center focusing on coated metal products. We are looking for the right individual to fill a warehouse laborer position. The right person will be reliable and motivated.

Your duties as a warehouse laborer will include order picking, packaging, forklift operating, and crane operating. You will be expected to attend certification courses for all equipment on which you are not presently certified to operate. Applicants should be comfortable with working in a team environment.

The ideal applicant will be computer literate and able to operate a forklift. Your daily duties will include inventory maintenance, picking orders, and packaging.

Industry experience is not necessary, but preference will be given to individuals with a history in the steel industry.
