Cascadia Metals offers slitting, cut-to-length leveling, slearing, toll processing of customers' material, full coils, and an expansive inventory of pre-cut sheet. Here is some more information about our main services.

Slitting

Coil can be run through various machinery, and having an endless strip of steel pre-cut to your required width can make your project simpler and more cost effective. Our slitting line is capable of processing master coils weighing up to 22,000# from as thick as .120" to as light as .015".

Cut-to-length Leveling

Coil cut to sheet is a major part of our daily processing. We have various cut-to-length lines that allow us to level and cut sheet from .015" to 3/16" at a maximum width of 72".

Inline Slearing

Inline slearing produces sheet blanks from coil. Ordering sheet as sleared blanks is beneficial for customers who prefer to receive their material already sheared and ready to bend piece-by-piece.

Toll Processing

Cascadia Metals offers toll processing to customers who want their own material slit, blanked, or leveled. If you have material that you are not able to work with, we'll be happy to offer a quote on the processing involved. Contact your Cascadia Metals sales associate for more information.
